Creative Labs (Ireland) Ltd, also known as Creative's European Operations and Technical Centre (EOTC), is the manufacturing plant and technical support base for Europe. This European distribution hub is where Creative's products are customised for the various European languages and then duplicated and assembled for distribution. Officially opened in July 1995, the EOTC is built on a 5-acre site with a 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Blanchardstown, a suburb situated north west of Dublin. This office sees an interesting cosmopolitan mix of staff from French, Spanish to Irish and English, providing multi-lingual, pan-european technical support to Creative's customers throughout Europe.

For efficient sales & marketing management of Creative's widespread European subsidiaries, the continent is divided into 3 regions - Northern, Central and Southern regions - with Creative Labs (UK) Ltd., located at Unit 2 Ruscombe Business Park, acting as the European headquarters.

Northern Region includes United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and the Baltic States.

As Creative's European headquarters, Creative Labs (UK) Ltd. is located in the small rural village of Ruscombe, about 35 miles from London. Creative Labs UK has 2 separate teams located at Unit 2 and Unit 3 in Ruscombe Business Park. Unit 2 houses the European senior management and staff who are responsible for the regional operations in marketing, legal and administration, MIS and developers' relations. The other team that is housed in Unit 3 comprises mainly of sales & marketing staff who oversees UK and Ireland, covering the responsibilities from distribution, OEM, retail/dealer support to technical marketing, channel marketing and marketing communications

Creative Labs, A/S and Creative Labs (Sweden) are the Nordic offices based in Denmark and Sweden respectively. Key functions at these locations include local sales and marketing support for distributors and key resellers/retail accounts. The Danish office, situated in North Sealand, near Fredericksburg Castle, has a team of 9 people to cover Denmark, Iceland and Norway. The newly-opened Swedish office, 15 minutes from Central Sweden, is manned by a team of sales staff covering Sweden and the Baltic states.

Central Region includes Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovania, Romania and Poland

Creative Labs, GmbH started operations on 1 April 1994. The office is located in Unterföhring, a north-eastern suburb of Munich and is situated at the midpoint between the city and the airport. As the local sales office for the Central Region, this office, with its current staff of 19 people, provides marketing and technical support to distributors and retailers for Central and Eastern Europe.

Southern Region includes France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus.
