Windows 95 checks for the Driver version and language support against its backup when booting up.
In the Nordic Windows 95 case (or for users who use earlier SB16 drivers) the Nordic language support is not reflected in the driver. This caused Win95 to restore the old drivers from its backup; however, during this process, Win95 did not restore one of the dependent files (CSPMAN.DLL) required by SB16 driver, thus causing the system to hang the next time the system rebooted.
This problem is solved in the latest SB16SND.DRV version 4.26. Users who encounter this problem are advised to update their SB16SND.DRV & SB16.VXD to the latest version available.
