Problems WIth Detecting The CDR2000 Drive In Windows 95

Please Note: the Blaster CDR drive is only shipping in the Asia Pacific region.

Creative CD-R drive comes bundled with EasyCD Pro software for Windows 3.1x. Users who upgraded their Windows 3.1x to Windows 95 (or EasyCD Pro to EasyCD Pro 95) may encounter the CD-R drive not being detected by EasyCD Pro (or EasyCD Pro 95). To remedy this problem, make sure that the following statements are present in the CONFIG.SYS file:


   DEVICE=C:\PWRSCSI!\DCAM18XX.EXE /APM
   DEVICE=C:\PWRSCSI!\ASPIFCAM.SYS /D /O
