Creative Announces Resignation of Chief Technical Officer

SINGAPORE -- July 19, 1995 -- Creative Technology Ltd. (Nasdaq:CREAF) today announced the resignation of Ng Kai Wa as Chief Technical Officer of the Company. Mr. Ng, who is one of the founders of the company, is leaving to pursue other interests. He will continue to serve as Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board.

"We will always cherish Ng's contribution to the building of the company and we wish him well in his new pursuits," said W.H.Sim, Chairman/CEO. Mr Sim will continue to spearhead the new technology direction and R&D efforts of the company.
