Upgrading Phone Blaster 14.4 To Support 28.8kbps

(Note: This is regarding the upgrade for Singapore only! The US upgrade, available from Customer service at 800-998-1000, is not affected.)

After upgrading the Phone Blaster 14.4 to Phone Blaster 28.8 using the Phone Blaster Upgrade Pack Singapore, if the modem fails to dial out, i.e. no dial tone, although ComPort is detected, then try the following:
- issue the following command using any communication software:
  AT*NC47Z [ENTER]
