Video Blaster SE (Special Edition) is a video adapter for PC386
and higher compatibles which converts a standard full-motion video
image (composite video source) into a format for display on a
computer graphics monitor. It can position and scale the video
image onto the output display and allows the video image to be
merged with computer graphics for interactive multimedia applicaiton.
VB SE supports both NTSC and PAL system. VB SE has to work with
standard VGA card that incorporates a feature connector. It accepts
composite video and S-Video; caters 3 composite video inputs (video
0, 1, 2) or 1 composite video inputs and 1 S-Video source using
special S-Video adapter cable.
