Reducing Noise Heard By Remote Party On WebPhone Using PhoneBlaster 28.8
Problem:
Static noise heard at remote end when talking through WebPhone using
PhoneBlaster 28.8.
Cause:
The LINE-IN of the PhoneBlaster contains noise, which is transmitted to
the remote party together with the microphone input signal. This results in
the static being heard at the remote end.
Solution:
To stop the static noise from being transmitted to the remote party, activate
the Creative Mixer, right click on the mixer and select "Show Recording
Controls" or press ALT-R, then mute the LINE-IN by clicking on the
small square box below the LINE-IN icon. Alternatively, you can also lower the
slider to its minimum volume.
