Installing the WaveBlaster or WaveBlaster II into Windows 95
There are no drivers for the WB cards at all, so installation is a snap.
Once you've gotten your sound card (SB16, etc) installed, simply follow
these steps:
- Select My Computer
- Select Control Panel
- Select Multimedia
- Select the MIDI tab
- Select Single Instrument. You should have at least
two choices listed: Internal OPL2/OPL3 FM Synthesis, and
External MIDI Port. Select the External MIDI Port option.
