FINANCE
- Director of Finance
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all financial
aspects of US Operations including: accounting, credit, strategic
planning, production and material forecasting, financial support
for channel sales and marketing, and assisting management in decision
making. To qualify, must be hands-on, aggressive and a results-oriented
individual with BA/BS (MBA/CPA preferred) and 10+ years' record

CREDIT
- Credit Analyst
- We are seeking an individual to handle the collection of customer
outstanding balances, credit analysis of new and existing accounts,
account reconciliation, as well as interaction with the Sales
and Marketing staff. Must be a college graduate, have 5+ years'
credit and collection experience in a manufacturing environment,
plus proficiency in Excel and Word. ASK OMAR knowledge a plus.

SALES
- Marketing Associate
- We have part-time opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area
to demo multimedia products. A knowledge of IBM PCs, DOS, and
Windows is required. You must have excellent verbal and written

- Field Sales Manager
- You will manage day-to-day activities with set accounts in a designated
territory. Responsible for all activities in accounts, sales,
marketing, credit, and a liaison with CLI corporate. 3-5 years
retail experience with major retail accounts. Dallas based position
or willing to relocate to Dallas is an option. Refer to job #0707.
MARKETING
- Vice-President, Marketing
- This individual is responsible for product management and productization
of CLI product lines in U.S., Latin America and Canada. Other
responsibilities include direction and formulation of advertising
and promotional plans, direction and guidance to product and corporate
public relations efforts, participation in business and product
planning for CLI, business forecasting and demand creation. Senior
level with minimum of 7 years experience in consumer retail at
director or VP level. Extensive brand management and Marcom experience,
including handling advertising programs and ad agencies preferred.
Graduate degree preferred but not required. Refer to Job #0102.
- Marketing Manager, Latin America
- Responsibilities include; designing and completing campaigns for
new products and corporate awareness, coordinate channel marketing
plans through implementation, assist corporate product marketing
in new localization, and jointly develop PR campaigns with the
corporate PR team. 3-5 years in a Latin American marketing position,
and B.A. in marketing or related field required. Bi-lingual skills
with Spanish/Portuguese and a background in computers and graphics

- Product Marketing Manager, Audio
- You will manage manufacturing, marketing, and productization of
the audio product lines. Requires a minimum of 5 years product
marketing experience and extensive knowledge of PC audio technology.
You must have experience with inventory management, forecasting,
pricing, and channel management. Refer to job #0511.
- Copywriter
- Write and edit press releases, advertising copy and collateral
pieces for the marketing department. Requires a BA/BS and at
least 4-6 years experience as a skilled wordsmith and flawless
proofreader. A strong understanding of the PC multimedia industry
is needed. Refer to job #0220.
- Retail Marketing Manager
- You will be responsible for day-to-day management for all retail
marketing programs. This includes forming and executing retail
marketing programs including product launch programs, end-user
education/advertising, pack-in materials, continuity programs
and POP/co-op ad execution. Day-to-day interface with Marcom/suppliers,
product managers, and customer service. 5 years of project management
and marketing experience. Self-starter who is eager to execute
over $10 million in retail marketing programs. Merchandising,

MIS
- Datacom/PC Technician
- This individual will configure and install PC's, printers and
other computer-related hardware on the network. Other duties
include: perform preventative maintenance service and repairs
on company owned PCs and printers, help implement, set-up and
test hardware as related to special projects. Daily work will
be directed by the Datacom Engineer. Working knowledge of electrical/data
wiring required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. a must. Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work well a diverse group

- Systems Analyst/Programmer
- Your primary responsibilities will include; detail definition
of requests, design, coding, testing, and implementation, user
training and support, problem resolution, project implementation,
and third part software maintenance. Database design and implementation,
3 years relational database programming with Oracle and Progress,
and 3 years Powerhouse tool programming with Quiz and QTP required,
and 5 years ASK MANMAN experience required. EDI interface programming

- Systems Analyst
- You will be responsible for detailed description of user requests,
coding and implementation, user support, and consultation, ASK
troubleshooting, implementing projects, and user training. 2
years Powerhouse programming (Quiz and/or QTP preferred). 2 years
ASK MANMAN user support and interface required. Refer to job

OPERATIONS
- Technical Inspector II
- You will coordinate and run product functional tests, train receiving
inspectors on functional testing, specify and set-up test stations,
coordinate and manage equipment maintenance. Refer to job #0602.
- Quality Engineer
- We are seeking an individual to design and implement methods and
procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating accuracy of
products and process equipment. You will report on products and
processes, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare documentation
for inspection and testing. A BS degree or equivalent experience
in product planning, some knowledge of inspecting in the design,
fabrication and production of electronic equipment. Refer to

ENGINEERING - (Communications)
- Hardware Manager/Project Lead
- We are looking for a Hardware Manager/Project Lead to design and
develop video communications products. This person will be responsible
for leading the hardware team to design PC add-on cards for communication
products. You will also be responsible for ASIC specification,
architecture and development for future communication products.
Board level and ASIC design experience a must. BS/MS in EE with
7+ years experience in hardware design required. Real-time video
communications, Internet/Intranet application hardware design
experience a plus. Refer to job #0801.
- Software Engineer
- We are looking for an engineer to develop high level systems software
for video conferencing/videophone applications. This position
is responsible to develop software for system, control and multiplex
layers. Developed software must work well with other parts of
the system, i.e. video, speech, data and modem, in real-time.
Prior experience should include system, control, communication
layers software for real-time communication product
development. H.320, H.324 systems experience/knowledge a plus.
C++, C languages on PC mandatory. MS/BS in EE or CS and 2+ years
related experience required.
- SQA Engineer
- Your responsibilities will be testing integrated applications
on Macs and PCs; develop test plans, perform functional testing,
compatibility, integration and stress testing on the product.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work
in a team environment. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
work experience. Minimum of 3-4 years experience in applications
testing with multimedia and communications products. Good understanding
of testing methodologies, GUI guidelines and some programming
experience preferred. Refer to Job #1216.
- Sr. Software Engineer (Speech/DSP)
- We are looking for software engineer with a strong background
in speech processing (text-to-speech/compression/recognition)
development area. The right candidate will have a BSEE/BSCS (MSEE/MSCS
preferred) with 3-4 years experience. Must have a strong background
in digital signal processing and experience developing in DSP
environments. Should be familiar with DSP architecture and instruction
set as well as writing programs in Microsoft Windows, DOS protected
mode and DOS real mode. Must be proficient in programming DSPs.
C and Assembly (including i80x86) languages are required. Refer

- DSP Engineer
- We are seeking an individual to work with a development group
doing software support. You will design and write test software
in C and DSP assembly. You will work with new functionality to
our technology testing. Testing will include merging the SoundBlaster,
PhoneBlaster and desktop videoconferencing technologies. MS/BS
in EE or CS and 2-5 related experience necessary.
You must have working experience with DSP assembly and C/C++.

- Project Lead/Sr. Software Engineer, Internet
- We are looking for a Project Lead/Sr. Software Engineer to develop
Internet/Intranet application products. This person will be responsible
for designing the communication product architecture and software
development. Internet/Intranet product development experience
a must. Real-time communication product development a plus.
BS/MS in EE or CS with 5+ years experience writing C/C++ Windows
DLLs, Virtual Device Drivers (VxD), with a background in network
protocols, Winsock, Netware, Windows NT and MFC. Networking and
conferencing standards such as H.323/RTP, IGMP, MBONE, T.120 a

- Software Engineer, Internet
- We are looking for 2 software engineers to develop Internet/Intranet
application products. This person will be responsible for communication
product software development. Internet/Intranet product development
experience a must. Real-time communication product development
a plus. BS/MS in EE or CS with 2+ years experience\writing C/C++
Windows DLLs, Virtual Device Drivers (VxD), with a background
in network protocols, Winsock, Netware and MFC. Networking and
