Singapore High Court Action Between Aztech Systems and Creative Technology

SINGAPORE - October 24, 1995 - Creative Technology Ltd ("Creative") announces that in the action between Aztech Systems and Creative (Suit 688 of 1993), the Singapore High Court on October 24, 1995 ruled that there has been no infringement of Creative's copyright in the Sound Blaster firmware.

Creative is awaiting the views of their legal advisors on the merits of an appeal. The terms of the Singapore High Court Order consequent upon the judgment have yet to be agreed. Upon receipt of further legal advice, Creative Technology will then decide its next course of action.
