Video Blaster SE100 video overlay card is a PC-AT add-on card
which allows live video to be displayed on a VGA monitor. Video
images can be overlayed with computer graphics. Positioning and
scaling of the video image on the output display are also possible.
Both NTSC and PAL (NTSC-M & PAL-B/G) systems are supported.
Inputs for both composite video and S-Video are provided.
