Presales Support

Presales Support is the best place to call when you're looking for product literature, or want to know the name of the nearest store carrying Creative's products. You can email them at support@cle.creaf.com for any information.

Technical Support

Our Technical Support center is able to help you with any technical questions you may have, either before you purchase one of our products, or after. Located in Dublin, Ireland, our technical support center is open from 9am to 5pm five days a week, except for major holidays. On-Line Services

The latest driver files can also be downloaded from our BBS - for contact information press HERE.

Our Internet FTP site, ftp.cle.creaf.com, also keeps all of our driver files in the /pub/creative directory. Check out the master index file, as /pub/INDEX. Speaking of the Internet, you've obviously seen our Web site, http://www.cle.creaf.com. Did you know we have an extensive FTP index available on a web page? We do! You can get to it from the Tech Lab.

Developer Relations

Creative Labs Registered Developer program provides developers with technical support, co-marketing and advance product information. The program is of most interest to developers who specifically design applications utilizing Creative's audio, graphics, video, communication and speech technologies for producing high-quality software products.

To apply for Registred Developer status please download the appropriate developer application form (Europe and USA forms linked below. Both forms are ZIP format, page protected Microsoft Word documents). After completing the form, please either fax or post them to the appropriate Developer Relations/Support department. Please be advised that completion of our developer application does not ensure acceptance into the Creative Labs Developer Program.

Developer Support

The Developer Support group provides programming support to registered developers. They can receive support from our consulting engineers directly via Internet email, fax, or by telephone. If you're interested in becoming a registered developer, please see Developer Relations.
