This file contains additional information to supplement the manual.
Please read all the sections before you proceed with the installation.

This file contains the following sections:

1. MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

    - Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows XP
    - An Intel(R) Pentium(R) II 300 MHz processor
    - 64 MB RAM
    - 100 MB of free hard disk space to install and run
    - a Sound Blaster Live!, Sound Blaster Audigy or Sound Blaster Extigy
    - 800x600, 256 Colors display capability
    - Browser configured for automatic internet connection (broadband connection
          recommended)
    - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above installed
    - RealOne Player (RealOne Player software is available at www.real.com)

2. NOTES

    - A new recording cannot begin if ASR is already recording.

    - To use dial-up connection, the connection must be configured in Windows to be
      automatically established when required, and to terminate when it is idle.

    - ASR supports user-defined URLs.

    - For best performance, exit an earlier version of ASR, before running ASR2.
