Internet Explorer could not connect
to the internet

This is most likely because:

1) You do not have an internet service provider account set up on this computer, or

2) Dial-Up Networking has not been set up on this computer, so Internet Explorer does not know how to dial out to the internet, or

3) You usually use another browser, such as Netscape Navigator, to connect to the internet, and Internet Explorer does not know how to connect itself.

To go online, try the following:

Close Internet Explorer, then run "The Internet" icon on your desktop which will start Windows' Internet Connection Wizard and help you get connected.

Alternatively, if your computer is already set up to use another browser to connect to the internet, try closing Internet Explorer and running your regular browser.
